Is the beta software stable for you guys? Running EU beta for 24hours now. Same old. Devices get kicked. Perhaps maybe the cpu loaf is more reasonable right now. When I updated. My setting was still there. I didn’t have to restore. Is that way ok? Or hard reset?

Stable for 3 days with no reboot. No Wifi problems with any of my devices, ipads, iphones, notebooks, andriod box.

Try resetting your router. Mine was automatically factory reset after I installed the new beta firmware.

The settings will be reset automatically when the firmware were upgraded to beta. I flash the router on 4th Jan 2018 and my router reboots today morning around 4.56am. Because I monitor the logs and public ip everyday so when there is a change in public ip, then i know the router reboots by itself. The thing i like in this router running on beta is, the wireless signal. Beast. Even transmission power were set to middle, i can get 5GHz from my parents house gate. Note that im living in 20 X 70 Double storey. rclxms.gif

Yup, also this morning UniFi was down in some areas (puchong, subang jaya, putrajaya IIRC - see UniFI thread) so it may not be the router's problem
if you live in one of those affected areas...

I've got it enabled already but my torrent app still shows it's peer listening port is closed.

1) First thing you'd want to do is to set your PC to always receive the same LAN IP. This is important because if you shutdown your PC and when you restart it, the router may assign it a different LAN IP from the one you Port Forwarded and result in your Port Forwarding not working.

Advanced - Network - DHCP Server - Address Reservation.

Add the MAC address of your PC and the LAN IP you want it to always receive eg. 192.168.0.5

You can check your PC's MAC address from the DHCP Client List below the Address Reservation.

2) Next you're going to specify which Port to open and for which PC (LAN IP) on the router.

Advanced - NAT Forwarding - Virtual Servers

Service Type = Name eg. Torrent

External/Internal Port = The Port number you want to open eg. 12345. This has to be the same in your torrent client eg. Transmission.

Internal IP = The LAN IP of your PC ie. the one you specified for your PC to always receive in Step 1. eg. 192.168.0.5.

Protocol = ALL.

CHECK Enable This Entry and Save

3) Check if your Port is OPEN.

http://canyouseeme.org/

Enter the Port you set in Step 2 eg. 12345 in Port to Check.
