Would anyone know if there are any compatible AC adapter for the Q5 evo? Preferably one that has a dimension smaller than the one supplied.
Also any idea how long Illegear usually keep stock on replaceable items such as batteries and AC adapter?

Hi Illegear,
Read that there is some Intel firmware vulnerability. May I know if Illegear is looking into providing relevant firmware fix for the Q5 Evo? Some other PC manufactures have already provided firmware fix for it.
Thanks

My Antivirus is detecting the OEM MyApp as virus. Is this a false positive? Also any reason why we are asked not to install item 13 and 14 from the official drivers?

QUOTE(AZIM@ILLEGEAR @ May 20 2018, 04:41 PM) brybayenberayen Thank you very much for sharing your experience & the extensive guide to dismantle the Q5 Evo, much appreciated and it will be a great help to others! n73photo May I know which antivirus is flagging the MyApp software? Most probably it is a false positive, no worries. For item 13 & 14, it is not required since it is related to Windows 10 OOBE settings. You may choose to install but it will execute the OOBE setup, identical to the first-time registration setup. I'm currently using Bitdefender. I also tried scanning the file online using virustotal. 9 different providers also detecting it as a virus. (i.e Ad-aware, F-secure, Bitdefender, Emsisoft, etc) Will you be able to control the fan settings and keyboard led without the MyApp? This post has been edited by n73photo: May 20 2018, 05:17 PM
