Started to Invest into PM Money Mart and later in some other funds from RHB.

HOWEVER ....  Found their Web Site is slow and transactions done still are not up to Fundsupermart standard ( Speed, records, layout of Website ).

But they are RATHER new. So .......

As for Redemption of Funds  ....... Have NOT tried it yet. So don't know if Smooth or duration before you get the money.

just opened an acc yday with eunittrust to take advantage of the 0% promo. would be great if someone can share their tips or user experience using this platform. read some earlier posts that the web interface and usability is not so friendly compared to others but i would find this not of a major issue since i wont be buying or selling everyday

They're pretty easily reached and responsive from my experience. Direct to human operator, don't have to go through 6 million options of IVR first. Email also within 1 business day (I've not tried sending one at 5:29pm before though). All customer service cases, none investment advisory related.

Not too bothered with interface, I can adapt as long as it does the buy/sell job. For price/value monitoring I view in Google Sheets with quotes pulled from Bloomberg.

I can only share the cell formula to get price, replace KUTNETF:MK with the fund/stock's Bloomberg ticker code

then when your parents need to use like 120k or 200k how u going to withdraw for them?

for bond fund in malaysia, only go for amanahraya syariah trust fund which outperformed all other bond funds
