They're OK, buying T+3, selling T+4 and distributions reflected around 2 weeks.
Their email notification to confirm transaction seems to be late but actual transactions are executed on the correct dates |

They're pretty easily reached and responsive from my experience. Direct to human operator, don't have to go through 6 million options of IVR first. Email also within 1 business day (I've not tried sending one at 5:29pm before though). All customer service cases, none investment advisory related.
Not too bothered with interface, I can adapt as long as it does the buy/sell job. For price/value monitoring I view in Google Sheets with quotes pulled from Bloomberg. |
