Anything for console just sticks with 60hz monitor. It won't go higher than that. 1ms or 4ms, doesn't matter. Whatever competitive games you are playing, if it's for the consoles then it doesn't matter. End of the day, if the machine can only tops 60fps, then why would you worry about how many ms the response is?
