Questions for Grab drivers

I take Grab regularly every week. I have to admit that I LOVE it when I get to sit at the back and not talk, besides the necessary "Hello" and "Thank you". Sometimes, I do feel like the driver felt obligated to make some conversation, and honestly, I don't mind. It's just that I do really prefer silence. I was wondering, to those of you who drive regularly, how do you feel about people like me?
Would you rather your customers sit at the back or the front?
Would you rather your customers make conversation? Or silence?

Getting Started

|
if rider sit at the back. i assume they dont want to talk. just drive silently
if they do sit in front, start with small talk and see how it goes from there

only talk if rider want to talk, else just silently driving. safer ride is more important.

Usually just wait until the passenger to start the conversation.
Sometimes me being a passenger find it damn awkward sitting beside the driver yet no talking to him

my rating is better when don't talk so much and only talk when rider is the one who initiated it. No sure why.

My perception:-
Sit at back - Prefer have privacy, don't want driver look at his phone, want rest. Greet and re-confirm location, ask for drop off location only.
Sit at front - Rider has good manner which respect driver, higher chance to talk with.
Both i also ok, since they are customer, do as they like but don't drink and eat inside the car.
