you must do some patche to do it.. use whitelist to blacklist patch..In your phone, under settings/calls/manage calls there is an option 'accept calls' where you can specify to accept calls from all callers, only from list or none....If you choose 'only from list' option, you can add 10 contacts to a list and you'll be able to receive calls only from those 10 contacts...
this whitelist to blacklist patch turns this white list to black list.....so now if you choose 'only from list ' option, the 10 contacts u specified will be blacklisted ...they'll always get a busy signal when they call you...
