Hi. Just for asking for opinion for anybody here. If i planning to get the laser treatment for my acne scar on my face, how long of day will effect of peeling skin will clear? Since my job is required me to see a client, so need to get the rough estimation of day the peeling will appear after do a laser treatment for my skin. I plan to do it on this week on Friday since there are 4 day is free before i start the work on next Tuesday. Hope anyone that have an experience doing a laser treatment for acne scar on face will sharing input. Thanks

erm...so the price you listed which is 2.5k - 3k , is it per treatment or per session?

And so, when you went  for laser treatment, is it when your acne all clear already or still got mild acne?

i mean after the laser the skin will have reddish, and also feels uncomfortable & the area will have some temporary wrinkles. so if TS needs to see clients often then might not be a good solution as after the laser the scar is more obvious.

also another method is to inject steroids, plus laser.

however, we don't know TS's scar issue, if it's like whole face is like sand paper, how to laser? i think another way is to sand the face to smoothen the holes, wait for recover, then sand again.

anyway please go to proper hospital/medical center/skin clinic with certified doctors. don't simply go those skincare center.

2k for laser is carrot. it takes only 1 minute to warm up the machine & 1 second to laser. normally it's under rm100 per session including consultation.

dunno about u, mine's operated by Doctor cum Surgeon. it's like a Deee then a Pssffff then you can smell something burning. might be different laser but i see them use the same laser on most scars.

ur price includes subcision that is why expensive. and you went to dermatologist or skin care beauty center? i tell u, beauty center will be more expensive (in the end) coz top up here & there.

for me, it's follow up procedure for my nose job so i pay consultation + laser around rm100 per session.

another note is doctors might not know if you have scar issues like Keloid (scar grows bigger & thicker), if you have, then subcision is not suitable for you. easy way to tell if you are keloid prone is check ur old scars or injection scars like BCG etc, u can see many girls have Keloid problem when their scar is thick, big & dark. if you don't know, don't do whole face all at once, try 1 or 2 pokes 1st and see the result.

for the acne, what medication the doctor prescribed you? because i know common type is the antibiotics, however it's not a long term solution as once you stop it will reoccur. or did you solve ur acne due to the subcision & laser? How long were you on the meds? Any side effects like fatigue?

It is understandable since they did subcision for you, in which the price is counted by each acne scar (hole).
Now I am making decision on which skin specialist I should visit. I have made an appointment with Dr. Chong Clinic, but your treatment result by Dr. Wai seems convincing.
May I know that for the CO2 fractional laser they did on you, is the "Ultra Pulse" most people refer to? and I am keen to know that how effective was their treatment on you. Thanks.
