Seriuisly the gomen should start to control amount of condos being launched...few years ago launched so many and in last two years more and more newly completed condo (and very overpriced) and the market can only absorb so much...i predict a crash especially overpriced studios tat were newly completed...new projects all cheaper nw...all places oso build condo omg even those very near HTC or ulu2 places whre no demand for such highrise
