Got the capacity to make loan repayment is one thing, another capacity to pay high downpayment is one thing.imagine 3rd property with 500k, one need to pay D/P for 150k, not many salaried person can pay such high amount.
as long as you manage well with the monthly repayment cashflow, i think loan compression still good to go for multiple properties (of cuz under your cashflow capability)
