I saw in one of his "promotional videos", he asked a lady how much more can apply loan. The lady replied about 600k and he immediately said "5 units, make it 3mil and u can retire already".
There are so many loopholes in his theories, I just wonder why people can't see through all the glamour and sweet talk.

if i dont greed for money, why i work so hard demand higher n higher salary?

if businessman dont greed, for what they waste so much time, effort? for charity?

greed is good, just dont only greed without effort make it work. always be prepare few way out if the thing went sour. not bet everything into one field and let fate decided for you
