Here the S&P price for the unit size at 1.1M.
Assuming taking 90% loan = 1M.
Now lelong transacted at maybe below 600k. A loss of 400k++ per unit.
Unless the owners still keep the cash back to pay back the outstanding amount (surely not enough also).
