this scottlcl is selling his nokia 6680 to me with the price of rm600
den..we have confirmed the place,date,and time of COD
later..he tell me that his set is an indonesia set...
that indonesia set cannot read chinese...it's fine for me coz i cannot ready chinese oso
and he say will reduce price to rm580..
den i say no problem..
till that day of COD...he call me...he said he forget 2 bring charger,handsfree,and data cable...
he only bring the phone only...den i said..i'll pay him rm560 first...after he post charger,handsfree,and data cable to me..i'll bank in another rm20 to him..
den he said no problem...
COD that time...when he handed me his phone to let me have a look...
the condition of the phone is totally not same as he stated at his topic...
the right side of the 6680 panel(under the MMC slot) is missing..
he said today his fren make it missing...
he said he willing to reduce the price or he will buy me another housing...
i said...buy me another housing and post it to me together with the charger,handsfree,and data cable...
den...he asked for my house address...i write it at a piece of paper....very clearly
den i paid him the money...
few days later...i ask him whether he post it to me edi...he said...
fail 2 post...must post it again...den i asked for his maybank acc number...he said he dun have maybank acc number and he said he give it to me free...
and i expected to receive the item at monday or tuesday...if im not mistaken...tat day was friday...
till monday(12/3/07)...i pm him at LYN to ask him whether he post it edi..he din reply me..
den i decided to call him...also cant call...
the next day(13/3/07)(around 5-6 P.M)...i check my pm box..he din reply me..
i send him another PM...also din reply me...
den i check his last active...it was on (13/3/07)(08:28 PM)
den i knew that he is avoiding from me...

well,obviously...he just have the phone alone without any accessories,u can just call or sms him or pm him to come to this topic over here and explain man...

more like a stolen set to me, becareful as u might get yrself into trouble

of coz i did call/sms him..
but i think he changed his number too...

the phone was no problem...only cannot read chinese...
i juz mad with him coz he is a dishonest seller

I am shocked. I very nearly bought that phone from him. I'm glad I didn't. Please drop him a PM (even if he doesn't reply) and tell him to come to this thread to explain himself.

why oh why did you offer to pay him less RM20 for so many missing items? You should have paid him only like 50% only. Anyway, let's see what he has to say. I have a feeling seller gone MIA.

It doesn't matter if he's chinese,indian or malay.No need to bring in race issues into this problem.From my point of view,you shouldn't accept the trade if any of the promised item missing.
