Hi all
Let say the tenancy is ended, is there any right for the tenant not to move out and insist for extension?

what does the tenancy agreement say? usually it's extension by mutual agreement. if landlord doesnt agree then how can tenant force himself to stay?

You have to look at the wording of the agreement, especially the clause (if any) dealing with renewal.
