Malaysian breakfast tend to be oily and high calories, such as nasi lemak, roti canai, dim sum, mee cooked with lard, teh tarik...etc

High cholesterol and high fat. If its margarine lagi worst. Saw the news the other day. When some states in US banned partially hydrogenated oil...the stuff found in margarine, there was a corresponding drop in heart attacks and strokes
