His modus operandi is he kept changing username. Based on IP, IC, bank accounts and all, LYN should do something pre emptive to counter this scammer rather than saying victim no action LYN no action.

This scammer is clearly all out to cheat yet not banned.

Religion and race touch a bit even if it is factual, people kena warned and banned.
