first project for this developer, priced at 600+ psf, 0.30-0.35 psf maintenance fees and each floor increment by RM3k, the only selling point is the location which has MRT station right beside it the interior is nothing to shout about, the 864sqf feel so small and narrow when visit the showroom, exsim interior design is much better when it comes to <900 sqf, 1.1k sqf feel much better but i dont really like the extra toilet in the kitchen, extra maintenance for me and the size is so small, note that there is no yard and balcony look more like a AC ledge to me nevertheless seems like >50% has been sold based on the chart they show me, and around 30% is bumi lot  there is only few units of 1.1k sqf left
