so far among the full stretch of mrt 1or 2 project, i find this fareast can consider goodbuy. weak point abit overprice rm63xpsf on leasehold unit, coz nearby freehold about same price also. anyway fareast project is the nearest to mrt station compare among kuchai .very strategic as mrt station. 2 station for future bdr malaysia, 4 station trx , 6 station klcc. perhap appreciation value for future after 3 years completion may thumbs up. can target high income working adult, especially female becoz more safer for them to back home from mrt. hahah

so far i viewed,
farest kuchai Rm 63xpsf , leasehold, low density
lavile cheras RM83xpsf out of budget,freehold , a good location
aster cheras RM55xpsf high tension , leasehold
m vertica RM55xpsf far walking to mrt, very high density
razak city Rm47xpsf , very high density

any brothers here having better option , pls let me know.. i want buy!!!
