Why this project very less respond as it is so near to MRT station, is it not suitable for investment at this price range or something else?

Any latest update for the building progress? They current seem like finished the 36 floor oredi. Color also changing. Maybe we can discuss about the mrt progress and the movement of ajinomoto factory🤔
