you dont get 5x for everything, so be mindful on this. read the t&c properly.

so far no news. can assume no fair this year considering it's already late. for the past 10 years or so, they held treatsfair around June-July period, few times in August

Depends on how much are you going to spend (to get cash back) on your AMEX card vs how much is the return for the FD.

Well, assuming you're maximizing the AmEx CB every month, you'll get an RM 600 return on your 5k, which is effectively a 12% return, which I say is quite good ROI.

If Weekday is only 10% (1st come 1st served) right ? then weekend is 10% (1st come 1st served) + 5% ?

2nd month, from 1/9/2017, First come first served, payout RM100k in Sept, max RM20 per person.
Today is already 6th day of this month, no one can tell you if the allocation had been exhausted.
