Did you check with CS? It could be your card is not enabled for online transactions. Many experienced this after PIN & Pay card replacement. Ask CS to enable online transactions for your cards.

Ikhwan MasterCard only gives cash back to petrol and groceries on Fridays and Saturdays. Categories based card.
Ikhwan Petronas Visa only gives cash back to Petronas transactions on weekends.
M2Cards AmEx gives cash back + treatpoints* to all categories so long your transactions are transacted on weekends. No specific categories.

Anything out of these scopes, may get treatpoints based on categories. Some 0xTP, some 1xTP or 5xTP (AmEx).

Note: treatpoints* for AmEx - not all entitled for 5xTP, check out first post.

All categories, I didn't specify which merchants. So long AmEx is accepted, then you will get cash back.

No more usage? I hardly have a chance to swipe it on weekends unless shops that I go accept AmEx, I use it to pay bills most of the time.
