alarm - happen to me once, but unlike what u say, it rang on sunday where i only set it to weekdays and saturday, not quite sure about friday though

disconect to pc - i dont have this problem but i do face problem when i am docking, i use the file manager on the pc suite, copy files to the p1i, sometimes file arent copy in and without any prompt that it went failed. just file missing on the p1i thus recopy again

changing theme - i think when u change theme, all sounds, pictures n icon are changed, not sure as i dont like other themes too

honestly, i also having headache to use the qwerty therefore i use the stylus on the on screen keyboard. I find it faster. But if u can master the qwerty, i bet u can type faster than the coventional 9 buttons keypad

not winxp or ppc

first your home router got wat settings? any wep key? i have no problem connecting to my aztech. And i have seen some forum says certain router cant be connected, but I havent met one yet. So I would ask u double check both home router and your p1i settings

n95 has no touch screen but 5mp
if u want simple phone get n95
if u want more complex phone get p1i
if u have too much money, get htc tytn ii

but lazy and still cope with above reasons

your concern shouldnt be the touch screen but the screen size,
browsing is fine, is reading it thru the small screen
imagine lots of zooming

only u can see the screen
thicker usually means safer for the screen
fit the screen to the mm means no more exposed screen to the air

bad
makes the screen slightly darker about 10% darker
u have to press deeper for stylus since the screen is thicker
if play too much games, i notice u can use the stylus scratch the protector abit (notice it when the screen light not lit.)

overall i think its ok, but if martin field has one, i think should be better, what I learn is although martin field is CLEAREST, it also the easiest to damage if u peel it to clean or something, so dont peel off your MF if possiblem.

Added on October 18, 2007, 1:27 pmbtw, the B & G settings, not many router has that settings, therefore its not nessary to change that settings as G is backward compatible as mentioned.

If u have problem connecting, its usually u are too far from router or settings on your P1i

as i have no problems connecting my home router

if need help, maybe we can have a mini gathering at a place with WIFI, so we can hands on test the wifi on the spot

???? i thought they have only based on specific models. But here Malaysia I doubt u can find it from shop, only from lowyat seller.
But I wont change since I already spend RM 50++ on the privacy protector. Its good to use in public so ppl wont see what video you watching

well, if u can surf the net with p1i then it works
if router means u go to your router lan client, check for your p1i ip is listed there or not

nowadays hardly any router just for G mode as i mentioned,

if your router no mix mode means the G is already in mix mode

i have never come across router that oni let u select B OR G without MIX

nope it doesnt support flash or animated background

anyway, if u found any related to it, let me know

there is another issue
alot of java games or sis games that dont support p1i entirely, would normally require 2,4,6,8 to move and 5 to do action
but however p1i doesnt have those key since each key somehow split into 2 alphabets keys

so when u play those games, guess how to move your character
u have to use the scroll to move up and down
and use asterix and hash key to move left and right
then action would be scroll button

try playing game, then u know how messed up it is, hahaha

p1i user very limited, thought wanna do a special p1i shirt

then again the design limited, due to lack of idea and SE copyrights issue

One thing I know about mobile phone
they never put everything in 1 mobile
this is spread thier own market wide
imagine if SE launch a phone BEST CAMERA, BEST SOFTWARE, BEST SPEAKER and BEST in everything

anyone will buy other mobile phone from their brand?
