That one is still just a rumor but some have actually seen the real thing. Unfortunately, they are not allowed to post the real pictures of it.
There's a P5i thread in here actually. But it hasn't been updated for quite some time.

actually, 99% P990 software works on p1i, there is still few rare cases, software dont work

As you all know that there is no software to view and edit sms for P1i on PC. Myphoneexplorer does not work for P1i. PC Suite only backup and no way to view it on PC.

Then I found this Software call SMS Diary, it in SIS format, install on P1i and it will capture all sms and save it in html format, it even sort it according to name and date with a Table of content! Nice ha. Copy the html file to PC and you'll be able to view it.

cradle is the most coolest thing in p1i that attract me the most .. .. but still thinking to get this or WM based phone .. ermmmm .. argh .. damn it ..

wat ur bt gps brand name?? the best gps combo for p1 is garmin 10x bt gps receiver and garmin software

Well, im a W950 owner (but already sold 3 days ago)
which is the same firmware of P1i , M600

as for me , the phone is very slow , as in going in to folders and stuff
on the on off side , the loading to on the phone is zzzzz slow
and the phone needs to load (it will says "BUSY") when u trying to save something as in
example,

when receiving a file from using bluetooth , it will goes in to a BEAM FOLDER
and from the BEAM FOLDER , if u press save from there , it is EXTREMELY SLOW to save
the word "BUSY" appears till it is done

and if u were to press "SAVE" from the beam folder ,
once it is saved it means saved already in the INBOX MESSAGES

and from there INBOX , u only play the file to saved it to the folder in ur file manager

it is extremely .............. boring to me

especially if a few files , ur fren is trying to bluetooth to you
that will take even slower to save

BUT theres also another way which is faster
once the files already in ur beamfolder , u press VIEW the file and when viewing u have an option to SAVE the file
which is much faster , not much of a loading in this way

hope i did give some important comments about the same OS firmware phone lor

Well I didnt use W950 and M600 before, the P1 speed is fine with me, and I should said its pretty fast indeed.

I just brought the follow pouch at lowyat yesterday RM50, but workmanship not that good. Overall not bad

if u using holux... u cant use garmin software... so must get the garmin 10x gps receiver... it cost RM 700.... so expensive.... but u only pay for the device then no extra payment....

so far there are no software can pair with holux for p1 , unless u use wm phone, then u can use it with mapking

i dun encounter such problem on my p1i...

im looking fwd to buy this phone..
