I went to their SI and have received the job offer. My advice is think fast for answers and be honest about yourself. And read everything shared in this thread; it's very helpful and useful smile.gif

Yup. It's a simple math.

After 1 year (let say there's no increment):

Tier 3 in peninsular: rm4000

Tier 2 in east msia: rm4000 + rm800 (tech allowance) + rm 400 (EM allowance)

Difference: rm1200.
*
Is EM allowance also need to wait after 1 year only can get?
what else allowances are we entitled to?

If you read the previous post, I don't believe so.

Tier 1 : Geologist/Geophysicist, Reservoir/Petroleum Engineers, Drilling Engineers (Basically SKG09 & SKG10)
Tier 2: Mechanical engineering etc
Tier 3: All others such as HRs/Finance etc.
*
If like that, I am in tier 3...huhu

Fuyooohhh, nice  rclxms.gif
After all, technical people are more important to an O&G company. They decide where to drill the well and whatnot. PETRONAS is not an accounting firm or a financial institution.

relax bro,I am just asking..however, every field should has its important role in PETRONAS rclxms.gif
