I attended TI last week in SKO. I think I passed it, and waiting for the SI perhaps within the next two weeks. If I am hired, I would come in as experienced hire. What would be the "fastest" expected time for the HR to confirm my employment with them? As I read mostly have waited months before getting any news. Just want to hear from the experiences by someone in similar situation. I have been interviewed for the position of reliability engineer. I am a local guy anyway, if that is relevant here.

Finally, I got some kind of feedback from PCSB HR!

The guy asked for documents and then he said it is up for

management approval. Does that mean it is guaranteed for me

to be hired or otherwise?

Or still long way to go?
