where did u guys have ur SI?
I had my SI in end of July in Petronas Refinery Kerteh.
And the HR manager told me it was a immediate vacancy. After 2 weeks, I called back to the HR person in charge, and he told me I have got the recommendation. just need to wait for confirmation from the Petronas Refinery. But now, it's almost a month after that. What should I do? Should I keep calling the person in charge? As I have read alot about many people have had been given recommendations yet no news was heard after that, I start to worry I am one of them. T_T
What you guys think?

I suggest to call to the HR to inform them about your situation, ask them when is your starting date. or at least tell them the earliest date you can start after one month notice to quit your current job. They would be able to sort it out for you. My SI was in July and I received the offer letter in October. I think that's the norm here =) |
