Guys, I have 2yrs experience not related to OnG as an RND engineer, petronas offered my a post at Petronas Research in Bangi as a Researcher. Could I use my 2 years experience to negotiate my salary or would they still consider me as a fresh graduate. Its not that Im greedy, their fresh grad salary is already twice my current salary. So I dont mind being considered fresh. Just wondering if Petronas acknowledge that 2 years experience. My argument is that the post that they're offering is related to my current post....therefore maybe there should be something extra to accommodate my experience.
