Hi guys, I am new to this forum. Promised myself that I will post in this forum once I have gotten my Petronas job. Gotten the offer letter from HR about a week ago.

Just to sum up on how long the process takes from the first phone call I received to the offer letter, kindly refer below:

Technical Assessment / Phone interview = Mid of October 2012
SI call up = 20th December 2012
Medical Check up e-mail received = 16th January 2013
Offer letter received via e-mail = 21st January 2013
Physical offer letter received = 24th January 2013

Well, that sums up folks. =)

Thanks bro, appreciate that. It took just 5 days from medical checkup email to offer letter email, it was very quick getting the checkup results. When did you actually do the medical checkup?

Cool. Its just a promise I made to myself to share with you guys once I got the job. I did the medical check up on the 17th of Jan and submitted the medical report to HR on the 18th. Hahaha.. well, talk about efficiency. =)

No doubt they're impressed with your efficiency even before you begin working. thumbup.gif

You did the checkup at PCMC? Did it take all day long so I have to take a full day leave? By the way, you're going in as a fresh graduate or experienced?

Sorry to bombard you with all these questions, I just have to get myself prepared, really that's me. smile.gif

I did the medical check up in Pusrawi. Took them about 4 to 5 hours to do the full medical examination together with the doctor's conclusion on my overall health. So, I guess a half day leave would suffice if you are planning to do your medical check up. I am an experienced hire by the way. nod.gif
