Maybe it depends on the place you apply, how much you apply or tenure of the loan

I apply for Bezza Adv just 2 weeks before Hari Raya.
1) On Sunday, 1st week of June. Place booking and handover relevant document.
2) Next Monday or Tuesday (cant really remember the exact date) received call from Hong Leong Bank for verification.
3) On the following Friday confirm loan approved from SA
4) Monday on the week after. Sign the HP at Hong Leong Branch
5) Wednesday received car and settle downpayment, just 2 days before Hari Raya.

Took about 11 days from booking to getting the car.
The whole time didnt call to pressure the SA and let him do his thing.
I apply for 90% only and ask for 9 years. Apply at Kepong, KL.

From what i heard from friends, just rumor.
Bank would take longer time to approve loan that has short tenure.
Because they wouldnt get much profit from you and they would rather take up more of risk free 9 years loan.
*
Not sure about the bank. But i apply for 5 yrs loan only wif 36k. Bank dont like borrower get less tenure of installment? 6k interest and 12k interest differences though.

or cheap solution , reduce your tyre pressure.
about 230-220 if you tend to fly without passenger.
but dont forget to check your tyre pressure every month to maintain it.
*
I am driving 1.3, 31psi front 30psi rear. No issues. New csr is 38psi at four tyre, bumpy and jumpy until ass pain.

Guy, i using petron 97 for bezza 1.3x. Fuel consumption show 16km/h. Total full tank can last for around 480km ( Still have last bar). Driving 80% highway, 20% city. Do anyone have similar fuel consumption? I believe it is a freaking incredible fuel saver car where my previous avanza need to pump in rm80 for full tank while bezza only around rm70 for same travel distance and working day.

some say shell 95 also not bad. the very first tank i fill up for my car is shell 95. i travelled 80% highway 10% federal road 10% city drive. and the onboard computer returns 18.3km/l, and my car is fully loaded 4 adults 1 toddler. boot is equally fully loaded as well. tyre pressure is 250kpa per factory recommendation.

i don't have chance yet to have another highway run, if i do it again then i will evaluate it again as well.
*
i pump the tyre pressure at 220kpa front and 210 kpa rear. Feel comfortable when passed the bump, pot hole, bridge joint and uneven road. Try to get a bonuslink card before try shell.

My opinion of higher Ron feuls are better suited for start stop drives, ie town, or top speed runs on the race track.
And the turbo engines make best use of these kind of feuls.

On a highway, with constant velocity, a lower Ron fuel will do just as well.

My last run on just Hyway at 110kmh 1 person, 20 kmL.

3 adults, 50% Hyway, 50 % trunk/ B roads,
18.5 kmL.

All on Ron 95
*
I feel petron 95 give slower response when i want to take over. But, it is true that price of 95 and 97 is huge differences.

usually you get more active ingredients in RON97 fuel compared to RON95 fuel, and nowadays our RON97 are Euro4 standard which is lesser sulphur content. though it doesn't direct related to performance but it is linked to emission and probably some characteristics in terms of engine performance.

and yeah, higher compression engine requires higher ron fuel, bezza CR is 11.5 which is pretty higher for a port injection NA engine. even serena hybrid DI engine is doing 11.2 CR. Bezza engine surely tuned for RON95, i do believe it should be perform better with RON97 (like you seen on Honda Insight, tuned for RON95, performs better with RON97), as you get lesser chance of knocking. And i personally think that the "higher RON fuel = hotter engine" is somewhat related to the anti knocking characteristic, when an engine lesser knocking, the engine timing can be optimized to achieve their ideal timing hence more power, conservation of energy tells you that when you get more power from your engine, meaning the combustion is stronger hence it is hotter, given the fact that our engine is around 35% thermal efficiency, imagine 65% of poer goes to heat, will that make engine hotter? i think the answer would be a yes.

If the extra mileage gain from RON97 able to cover the deficit of price then it surely a good deal.
*
I do agree with singk here. Higher RON pretty sure come with better active ingredient but differences between 95 and 97 with not be reflect on daily usage performance (immediate effect). It affect on environment emission standard, engine cleanliness, motorcyclist surround inhale hazard and etc in a long term effect.

But, in the situation mileage vs ringgit, i think all 95 fuel have it own advantage due to fixed price in current admission of new government. In my working day driving case, 70km per day, 6 working day. 66 ringgit of petron 97 with around 25 litre on every wednesday night. Car is only one month years old, need further testing for petron 95 in up coming september.

Btw, lowyat is a harmony forum. Hope all didnt end up like cody and songsen. smile.gif

Try petronas primax 97, performance wise is better than petron 97. Mileage is same as petronas 95 but it is very expensive, about rm15 difference wif full tank.

I try to test different brand of fuel (both 95 and 97) for normal daily working travel (70Km). Refer to my previous post if you interested to know more by type my name is the search box.

Zurich insurance offer me 790 cover value with 190 premium per yrs. I feel it is worth to get it since traffic around working place have a lot of truck and lorry.

Can I know why you buy bezza?
Which variant
*
I bought 1.3x becos it is a sedan car with big boot, quite high tech engine, easy, & low cost to do maintenances. The monthly installment is within my budget as well compare to persona or iriz.

Love it realiability ( not known yet ) , and fuel consumption , and space

Hate it whenever i reach highway , corner still ok but never with high speed.

Safety  doh.gif  , the car are kosong and lightweight.

Indeed, this car is weak in some point. All of us dont know the realibility since bezza launched 2 yrs old ++. But, at least in 45k budget is a best buy whr it driving exp close to 2012 version of vios (4AT). Fuel consumption low is true fact, spare part is available all around ms. Foreman at malaysia roughly know how to fix this car since it all around the street.

But build material quality, fit and finish is poor. Even motobycle 115fi passed by your car stop at traffic light will make bezza shake abit. As a malaysian, i really dont have better choice for my first car. ( Not mechanical or engr grad, hence didnt know much about repair work)
