I'm interested with the roaming plan. I have 2 questions:
1. Is the SIM programmed to connect to preferred network as priority? E.g. Always connect to Singtel if Singtel is available? Or we have to manually select everytime?
2. In case that the SIM connects to non-preferred network, is data roaming available on the non-preferred network?
