In my experience, I get iffy results with contact SS builds. So spaced is the way to go for me, try it out!
Clapton/Aliens/Tiger/Caterpillar coils or what have you basically has bigger surface area (more space for juice to vaporise on, hence more juicy vapor in your mouth). Normal coil is basically round wire, a simple one strand of wire.

Seriously considering buying some SS 316 wire. For now I only play with kanthal a1 26g. I couldn't make upmy mind which gauge SS wire to get. Don't wanna collect too much junk la.
I wonder if thing SS wires such as 32g is too small to handle, meaning are they too springy, do day stay in shape the pulling wick in/out…
I usually do 1~1.5ohm, 7~9 wrap, 8~12w, mtl in wattage mode.

Exactly what I worried, even I had not use SS wires before.
Bigger wire will require more wraps… Am I over worried about the right resistance?

i bought mine 2 weeks ago. straight from the shop, it was performing well. the problem came once i change the wick. leaking like crazy from the airhole. i tried with various width of wick, but still leaks. i diassemble and reassemble, still the same result. i wonder, if it's either wicking problem, or i got a lemon.

the flavour on this tank is so good, but the leaking is freaking annoying.
