is very simple, High MAH n HIGH amp is two different thing but related.
The higher now for amp is 30 (spikes) n constant 20 amp.

Even battery used old tech but making one battery required a lot hardware, tech and skill, that why u don't see many manufacturer it.

What is worrying is alot of people buying this Torchlight specialized battery (5amp 9000mah) for vape use.

9000mah, they dont even have it in their r&d division .....

Nope...those pana ncr18650b r just ard 6 CDA max.
Other than the pana also got samsung 32a, and sony vtc7 which like the pana is high mah but low cda 18650s which r not recommended for vaping.
So conclusion dont try to get anything above 3000mah for 18650 and expect sub-ohming without some hiss or sparks or explosions, especially on a mech.

check here, that is ridiculous, if 3400 + 40a continue, than my rc can fly and last 30 minute.
