QUOTE(chocobo7779 @ Apr 12 2017, 02:14 PM) Reset the CMOS. It is often helpful to reset them first after installing new hardware. Check your motherboard's manual for instructions. My keyboard is not working when its in the BIOS screen. Also consider updating the BIOS if resetting the CMOS doesn't help. Your full system specifications? So I can't even update it Here's my spec, Intel Core i5-2400 Intel Desktop Board DH77KC 4gb DDR3 RAM 500 GB WD SATA + 1 TB TOSHIBA SATA *NEW* PALIT Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050 Ti *NEW* |

QUOTE(chocobo7779 @ Apr 12 2017, 03:39 PM) No - check your motherboard manual: Thank you sir for the detail instruction Resetting CMOS is done on the motherboard itself, not on the BIOS interface The CMOS jumper is on the part marked 'V': ![]() http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/sup.../000021070.html Turn off your PC, and unplug from its socket. Then move the jumper block from 1, 2 to 2, 3, as shown: ![]() ![]() Once finished, reconnect the power and turn the PC on. You'll see a configuration menu, and press F9 to reset the BIOS to factory defaults. If the machine boots normally, then turn off the PC and disconnect the power. After disconnecting the power, move the jumper back into the original position. Will test it out tonight. wish me luck |

*UPDATE*
Thank you all so much for the solutions. I found out my problem. Looks like I forgot to update the BIOS in my motherboard hence it can't read my new GC. After updating it, it's working fine now! I love this forum and you all were a great help and responded really fast. |
