7 months ago, P2 was under my radar, together with S7e, Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom, and OP3T.

In the end, I went with S7e due to brand, customer service, future updates (hopefully) and camera performance.

For this price, P2 is seriously a steal. After one year, the price still hovering around its original RRP, where else S7e have dropped from RM 3099 to now around RM 1500 or even lower for NEW set.

That tells you something about demand for this phone.

I suspect Lenovo felt they have accidentally produced a "killer" phone at this price, then they decided to stop continuing with p3, ans you don't see them promoting this phone much as well previously,fearing it will affect their K series. That's just my take haha.

The P2 was a really great underrated device.

It has almost all that you could ask for with a great price:- Large battery, Amoled screen, NFC.

But I think Lenovo could have done better with their strategy and marketing.
