Hi, I need some advices from P2 users, looking for the right one to replace my old ZF2 (which facing issue of Battery Discharged while using WAZE, weird right?).
* Heard about some Bugs after updated OS, anyone?
* How's the GPS + WAZE response?
* Fast charge FAST?
* What's the CONs
I still remember your post regarding the ZF2 - Waze fiasco weeks ago....
1) No "DETRIMENTAL" bugs in the latest firmware. In fact, the latest S244 firmware is the best to-date from my observation starting using P2 since December last year.
2) I'm doing part-time Uber service and from this input I hope that will answer your question regarding Navi ultimately...LOL... I can just full charge P2 to 100% and can do Uber for 8 hours non-stop if I wish...no need to charge during Navi... no need to carry powerbank...
3) After doing Uber for 8 hours, still have about 10% balance for other usage. But I do not recommend to let the battery goes below 15%. Use the stock 24Watt charger will replenish from 15% to 100% in less than 2 hours and 15 minutes (depending on room temperature and background apps). But it won't be more than 2.5 hours for sure. So, can start charging at 7pm and by 9pm can start to use. Or, can just leave it standby overnight with around 3% drop in battery consumption...
4) CONs (from my observation) :
4.1 Tough to get premium accessories like tempered glass and casing. All accessories need to be purchased online either thru local online store or imported from overseas.
4.2 The 2.5D 5.5" screen is very fragile (despite of Corning Gorilla Glass 3.0 as what LeMoto claims).
4.3 Built-in radio app is not having strong signal and it's not stereo channel.
4.4 For the price and compared to other mid-range devices, the selfish cam and main cam are just average. We can get great photos when using tripod and in Pro-Mode. Point and shoot in P2 is hit or miss situation. Prepare for noise and blurry photos during low light. But the flash photo is above average. 1080P video with EIS is not to my expectations. Hopefully, LeMoto will OTA to fix this EIS bug.
4.5 Finally, don't expect Android Oreo officially from LeMoto. Nevertheless, XDA activities seems very active so far...
