I know it's not the above setting, but, if you disable the Smart Answer, you might need to re-pair again and watch for pop-up message during re-pair if any settings required to "auto-answer".

My unit don't have this "bug". You can try to pair P2 with other car head-units to test further.

Lol 90%volume way to get tinnitus. The static noise is audible especially at low volume. It depends on your headphone too, high impedance headphone might not have this issue

Have you tried using the stock Lenovo earphone? I know the stock earphone is rubbish but at least when you return the unit, you have even solid reason to get replacement/refund...

I never tried the stock Lenovo earphone as my unit's 3.5mm jack is working as designed.

It seems like the first batch of P2 has a very good manufacturing quality control compared to the recent batches....

Maybe the manufacturing equipments are "exhausted" or not calibrated properly after manufactured million units of P2 ....LOL...

You have OTA-ed to the latest S233 firmware, did you have issue of the rapid charging?

I saw lots of similar complaint regarding the rapid charging is not working anymore after S232/S233 OTAs....

Yes, I use S233 firmware and I haven't got any problems with fast charging. Everything just works as good as with MM. I've just tested it: 51 to 71 % in 18 minutes.

Personally I will make it portable
Just as the name, it's portable

Plus, if my memory serves me correctly, sdcard read write lifespan is lesser than d internal memory.

In case sdcard failure, it may cause endless force closes.. it's not a big deal, jz re install.

But I'm jz too lazy for that.. lol..

2nd, d speed might be affected. Become slower.. and sluggish. Even if u using class 10 ufs 1.. it will not as fast as d internal storage.

This is my opinions for not using as internal.

SD card "internal" = Android adoptable storage = all apps and data will be saved in this SD card while the built-in 32GB eMMC will be "redundant".

SD card "portable" = normal external storage; 32GB eMMC remains internal storage for apps and data.

Just use P2 with portable microSD card until the balance of 32GB eMMC is about 2GB. By this time, you should know which apps is "important" and not.

Mobile Games usually the no. 1 culprit to consume the 32GB eMMC internal storage. Hence, 32GB is not supposed your target internal storage when buying any smartphones because the usable storage out-of-the-box is around 24GB.

Converting microSD card to be an Adoptable Storage is the last resort if one decided to still keep to use the phone for long lifespan...

Having said that, I'm determined to keep P2a42 for three years and by that time microSD card UHS-2 should be affordable...

However, 32GB eMMC is enough for my usage coz I don't install heavy game titles...

This is very true... microSD card is very delicate item and slight increase in temperature (beyond the designed limit) will damage the chip.

Hence, I always buy microSD card that has legit "lifetime warranty"...which cost an arm and a leg too...

It's all luck basis I'd say... SanDisk has bad reputation due to abundance of fake/imitate products...

I have used many microSD card brands and none fails me too...kind of getting cheated when we buy 8GB microSD card 5 years ago which cost similar to a 128GB now but that 5 years old 8GB is still working well until today...LOL...

Oh... You scraped the microSD card (which is not compulsory if the card has no "bulge"). I don't know about Samsung microSD card thickness but SanDisk has a "bulge" which needs to be scrape off. I believe the "bulge" on the SanDisk is some sort of thermal protection layer to protect the chip from excessive heats.

I believe you have tested the microSD card to card reader and it is still faulty. So sorry to see this happen.

I have the nano-SIM extender with me. PM me if you need it urgently.
