regarding the CB to Lazada purchase. It happen to me as well, there are several purchase made not getting CB.

i've raise complaint to CS, then after few days, they credited back the supposed CB that i should get.

whatever the CS said regarding that Lazada due to manual la etc etc, i just insisted that i still want to raised complain/report, in customer point of view, i'm dealing with e-commerce, there is no such thing as Kedai Lazada physically, everything is done online.

CS then give me the report number, then few days later, i notice that extra CB hv been credited to my cc account

But it will be troublesome... takkan every month need to argue with CS to get CB sighh

cashback for this months still got issue with lazada. i've raised another complaint :sigh:

yeah, got the 5% CB as well without need to complaint

i've got quite a number of Lazada transaction, the latest transaction was on 14 sep 2017

Cannot.... I have saving account with cimb, cimb wont let me closed this account, they said, hv to go to the branch that i open the account... The problem is... Branch no longer exist
