Check my statement yesterday, they charge me with the finance charge because I only pay the net balance (statement balance minus cash rebate) so i ask them why there is no charges previously but only this time. That guy help me to request for waiver and today the waiver is credited. Not bad but since lazada categorized themselves as direct marketing might as well just keep this card in drawer.

Not going to use this card anymore & i'm going to just pay the net balance again this time so there will be no credit balance.

If you guys manage to get back the 5% cash rebate for Lazada July purchases do update so I'll make a complaint as well.

Same. I'm waiting for my complaint to be resolve then I'll cancel this card.

Lazada again, didn't get the 5% online cash back. Call up to complaint and CS says merchant manually process the transaction.

Unfortunately yes.

Not all merchants have 0% installment plan and also not all bank credit card offer 0% installment plan.

Last week ask CIMB to refund the overpayment because the cash rebate was credited after I request to cancel my card.

They refund to me but with a Rm2.12 charges. Just because they have to transfer to my MBB saving account.

They will credit back the last RM15 after 60 days from the date you spend > RM200.

I got the balance RM15 after 2 months and after I've cancel the card.

I've called their customer service and they've informed me that it the merchant is responsible for converting the purchase into the monthly installment whereas the merchant has informed me that it is the other way around.

Any sifu here to advice?

CIMB CC does not have this feature where you can convert purchases into installment plan.

Merchant can convert to installment plan but not all merchant do it.

Usually merchant that have installment plan will display out and shows which bank cc eligible to do installment.

Bank can't reverse any transaction that you swiped unless is a fraud/dispute transaction then maybe there's a chance for any reversal.

The reversal must be done by the merchant.
