Credit Cards CIMB Bank Credit Cards V6, Cash Rebate Platinum, keep or cut ?

Dear all,
Currently I'm using Maybank 2 Cards and Maybank Ikhwan for cashback during weekend transaction. Now I need some cards to cover my weekdays spending. Priority is online spending and petrol and CIMB CR card seems fit in the bill.
Sorry for asking newbie question, but how long is the payment period before the any charges is imposed? E g. Can I make a transaction on 2, 3, and 4 July, and paid all in 10 Aug lump sum? Will there be any charges imposed for this kind of scenario?

Just a general question, will it affect our CCRIS and CTOS if we have too many credit cards? Should we keep cc to a minimum as needed only?
