Your transaction will charged at foreign currency, not MYR.
But normally there is bank admin charges for foreign currency around 2-2.5%.
Actually the 2% CB is useless too.

Previously for both. And now should be both fixed. Because previously was Lazada payment gateway problem.

Ezypay for m2c Amex still 1x TP only. Like how my 11 Street Ezypay goes.

But today I just done Lazada transaction with CIMB Lazada Prepaid card, no problem.

I think this is just the normal Cash Rebate not so called campaign.
Only 2% for foreign transaction (while this is latest feature of this card).
Just now having promo that the cash rebate is unlimited.
While after campaign ended, will be capped at RM 30.

Not cross border chargers. Should be charging foreign currency bank fees, I think it more than 2%. Like I purchase taobao using this card before, like around 2.2%.

What transaction? Taobao Hangzhou?
After the new policy, online spending only 0.2% supposed.
