Guys, for the enrich platinum card, if lets say i apply now and got approved by November 2017, when will i get the golden lounge voucher? is it November 2018??

Guys, my last statement was RM 2600, after cash rebate of RM 30, i paid in full RM 2570 (thinking everything was fine).
Then today when i received my October statement, i saw a financial charge of RM 29!!!!   I called Customer service and argued, why was this as i paid in full but they replied because i didnt pay full as in statement balance? Is it true???THen i calculate for them, i am paying short of rm30 and got a rm29 financial charge?! Thats almost 100% interest |
