Didn't get 5% cash rebate for MYEG road tax payment. Call CS to enquire. The answer she gave is that effective 03-04-2017, all goverment related payments are not eligible for the 5% cash rebate. This includes MYEG payments for road tax and summons.

It seems paying by paypal with MYR... no longer has 0.8%  cross-border charge...

I got make payment as below in april:
agoda pay now rm257.95 -5%
Ptptn ecomm rm95 -5%
Petrol rm32 -2%

But cash back received only 14.4..should be at least rm18 right? Haish, first time wrong..

myeg Jan transaction got 5% rebate in the next month statement

same as transaction using the KLIA express/transit kiosk machine..used to have 5% rebate but later they changed the machine and screwed up big time

Confirmed no CB for LHDN payment as well..

Not only wasted CB.. Had to absorb the 0.848% processing fee + GST somemore..

i last tried it in Dec 15, only get 0.2%

It's already mentioned in their exclusion list since day 1... Mobile bills payments will not be entitled for 5% cash back.
The most is only 2%: 2% Cash Rebate on Mobile Bill Payments [MCC: 4813, 4814, 5968] via Standing Instruction

Else, 0.2%.

sometime not all online purchase got cash rebate.
last time i bought things from Gmarket (is like china taobao but is korea one), when bill come only i noticed it didnt have cashback. so i phone and email to question the. got 2 different person contact me, the first one is through phone, saying that Gmarket didnt update their dont know wat so cimb system cant detect is an online shop so they will refund me the cashback manually. they said i need to call to ask for cash back  everytime i purchase from this website.

the second person contact me through email, said he cant do anythings on it, no cash back mean no cash back...so i just email back to scold that person bad customer service.
