Unfortunately, Windows phones are not popular so not many shops are selling them. You can get Nokia authorized shops at Low Yat Plaza. I bought some cases and screen protectors from them.

You may only find it at microsoft reseller. Last time I bought lumia and case at klcc

Finally fund at Lowyat .. 1st Floor ... got a hidden shop selling old model casing. The shop keeper is an Indon woman.

Hey, maybe you can find the case at iprice. Sometimes they offered discount as well.
