IIRC, there is a website comparing all these reward points and Petron one is the best, and its points have no time limit (can keep accumulate) to redeem items. Others need to redeem items before 3 years else the points will gone IIRC

use MBB Petronas CC + Mesra Card
CC: RM1 = 8 points Mesra: 1 litre = 1 point If pump MYR80 / 32 litres MYR80 * 8 = 640 points 32 litre * 1 = 32 points Total points received are 672  |

my current combo via BHP:
use UOB 1 Platinum card on weekend = 5% cash rebate extra 2% of UOB Smart$ points = 2% redeemable when you request at the counter BHPetrol eCard = 1 point for RM1. 550 points is worth RM5 of fuel |
