Could you please confirm that the replacement of Nano sim Card is chargeable or Free?

I tried to google, some of your representative said it is free but some with RM10 or RM5.

My account number is 815764436, last sim card replacement is 1 year ago.

P/S :- I need to replace my Sim card due to new phone only support Nano Sim.
