This problem was already addressed actually. All additional consecutive posts are auto added with the previous one (by same poster). Of course they could disable it, but that's another point.

because the user choose not to merge the post option
if you look carefully, when u add reply there is 1 option for user to either merge or separate the post |

what i have seen is
there was a guy open three new post of the same thing unintentionally afterwards, he close the other two acknowledging the error what my suggesti,.... wait okay. can anyone clarify to me how triple posting happen and can it be duplicated at anytime... cause AFAIK, once i press "add new post" or "add new reply" button shouldnt the page jump to the view page of my post and I thought there is a flood prevention to prevent continous non-stop post (see pic) and yet double/triple posting still happens now back to what i've been saying my suggestion is to either have the button like report button so that once pressed you have to wait for the page to load/refresh again before the button works again so instead of pressing the add reply button for the 2nd or 3rd time cause "it seems like not working" or "did i really pressed the button?" the single use per-session button will force the user to wait out the page to load properly before doing anything else on that page.
