EXPIRED MAXIS SIM CARD, EXPIRED SIM CARD

Dear Team,
Appreciate much if you can assist to reactivate my Hotlink number 017-3xxxx46 and the digit at the back of my maxis card number is : 8960010801 541713612(3) A 6 . I missed the time to top up and it came to expired. I'd been using this number more than 10yrs, i dont really wish to switch to another number. The num wasn't in topup for 3 months as. I didn't know that there were 90 days period to expire card.
I've called customer service regarding activation and do walkin and give them my ic on 3rd April 2017. They ask to wait after a week but till now my number still out of service, please help to fix it or let me know if I can't use it anymore.
Your kindly help are very appriciated!

Hi aimiediyanna, Thank you for your support in these years As for your prepaid number reactivation, you will need to visit any Maxis Centre . There is no cost involve when you reactivate as prepaid service again Thank you

Can I get my family members to go to the maxis centres to settle it for me? The simcard is registered using my ic.

This new implementation is apply for all channel included walk-in, call or online. You may purchase a new prepaid sim pack with new number to continue our service. TQ

Hi,
My sim card has been expired when i back in town but i couldnt remember the due date and my sibling helped to top up and the top up was successful but now the sim card is still shown NO SERVICE.
I have been using this mobile for more than 13 years, please help to reactivate my sim card..
