Don't waste your money with this antenna, I tried this for 48 hours. The performance difference is negligible, in fact the built-in antenna is much superior. I tested this with the Huawei B593 cpe. My area signal strength for LTE is very weak when testing with Huawei Mate 8, it will switch to 3G or 2G mode. But the Huawei B593 can pull the RSSP of 104dbm with its built-in antenna, with average speed of 18 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload.

anyone here use the RJ11 port? is there setting needed? telekom phone can use?

I have used the RJ11 port to connect with the regular TM supplied phone. It does work but the modem will switch to 3G mode to make a voice call possible. However, the data speed will be compromised, slowing down considerably. It will switch back to LTE mode but I am not sure how long it will take to go to LTE. I would reboot the modem to get back to LTE mode. Based on testimony from the South African broadband forum the Huawei B593 will take more than 10 minutes to switch to LTE mode.
