Thinking of getting a 4G enabled phone for this plan, pixi 4 or lenovo a3600? And where to find the cheapest? Checked on lazada they're above RM200

I have just got the SIM just now, speed was able to reach 30mbps first test, subsequent ones (within 30 minutes) only around 5-9mbps. Will Digi throttle speed? Anyone experienced the same?

Is there any maintenance going on to Digi network? 3 bars of signal but LTE keeps disconnecting, I am forced to switch to 3G, calls and texts are fine though
