Purchased DiGi Infinate 150 on Saturday.
No tracking number given or email about it.

Called CS on Monday, was told status still processing delivery, so no tracking number yet.
Upon checking MyDiGi, the number already active.

Called again on Tuesday this morning, finally given a GDex tracking number, status was Out For Delivery.

Received delivery today noon. Just slot in sim & able to use instantly. Just received message from DiGi (dated yesterday) successfully activated VoLTE.

Upon checking MyDiGi, the billing cycle starts on 1st of the month. Wonder if DiGi will charge me full month even though activated SIM 'yesterday' (by DiGi)?

Decided to screenshot the GDex tracking notifications, just in case......

if they provide any tracking number, u may can use it in poslaju tracking also. if china post, usually can.

Will the bill be sent by mail? Since when register Infinite 150, was required to fill in Billing Address....

Gdex still haven't deliver my SIM card ,,,.going crazy it's been a week . The latest status is ' Undelivered due to Held Back In Office' ... what does that mean ? Anyone knows ?

they dont want to deliver it to your house and want someone to collect at office thus keep the item in office.

just go nearest digi store and request change simcard for the i150 number.

maybe their service is ok if the shipping address is in taman or mid town or big city, but definitely not for kampung address like mine, and maybe yours

usually the question they ask when call me is "when u want come to our office and collect your item?" and not "where else can we meet since we can't deliver your item to the shipping address?"

i received their call before asking if i can go and collect myself..but their office is just like less than 5 mins drive to my office.. we are both in town area and just cross a few roads.. but i just ans them i am in the office and my office front counter always have someone sit there during office hours even i am not around..
